Opening this page with Zig Ziglar’s quote is a good way to summarize how we approach our business, which could be simply stated as, “Customer-Focused Activity leads to great success”. Our version, however, is a little longer:
“We attribute our success to an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Agents whose primary goal is to close a deal or maximize their return on a single transaction are both short-sighted and disingenuous. By focusing on the best interests of our clients, we build long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals that far exceed the attainment of those short-sighted "dealmakers.”
In addition to our relentless focus on client needs, we also adhere to the following Standards of Conduct, which is Our Promise To You: |

Communications: We prepare a customized communications plan (frequency & method) according to our client’s needs. Clients selling homes are contacted at least weekly, and in-person meetings are scheduled at critical decision points. |
Responsiveness: Calls will be returned quickly, emails usually the same day but always within 24 hours. Good news or bad, we notify you immediately. Unlike wine, bad news does not improve with age.

Attention: You will have our full, undivided attention whenever we are talking on the phone or working together. We will not answer our cell phones when we are with you except in an emergency. |
Professionalism: We will continually demonstrate a high degree of skill, knowledge and character throughout our relationship. > |

Integrity: We will be 100% open and honest in all aspects of our relationship. We will NEVER attempt to obtain a listing agreement by misrepresenting the value of your property, nor will we mislead you into accepting less or paying more for a property than our analysis of its market value. |
Self-Awareness: The title is a little misleading but the point is this: We will not let our egos get in the way of saying, “I don’t know” or representing you in a transaction when we lack the necessary experience or knowledge. We will either obtain the resources to cover our gap or refer you to an Agent that has the skills or experience we lack. > |
