When I am new to an area or even new to an endeavor in which I need assistance, I will usually do some research first before contacting someone for help. If I need a Doctor or want to build an extension on a house, I will ask for referrals from friends and make some inquiries on my own, often on the Internet.

I would want to know answers to questions like, “Are they Experienced?; Successful?; How Active in the Business (Full or Part Time)?; Knowledgeable?; Current on New Developments?; What Do Others Say?; What Are They Like?
